After working with Dragonfruit on a consulting basis, they offer me the role of COO. After 4 months, I was offered the position of CEO. While I declined the position to go back to consulting (to allow for more flexibility while raising my famly) I did act as CEO for two months while training up a replacement. During my time there, we increased the profit percentage by 18% in Q2, and are on track to increase that by another 10% in Q3. Before I started the company of 22 had an average employee turnover of 1 per month, at the time of my leaving we were seven months with no resignations.
